Clean and wash the vegetables and cut them in small pieces. Rinse the prawns and let them dry. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the prawns for a while and let them rest. Fry the vegetables and rice in the pan for approximately 5 minutes. Add the curry powder and let the ingredients cook. Add 500ml water or stock and bring to a boil. Add the prawns and turn up the heat. Add soya sauce, pepper, some salt and curry powder.
